Hey thanks for checking out the website and the about us section. I founded UHDP because I came to the realization that I was best fit to be self employed. As an employee to a few entry level jobs, I frequently found  myself as the top performer in several metrics and quickly rose to management positions. I'd outgrow my potential in those positions and was left with a desire to continue to learn and grow more. Rather than wait for an opportunity, I created my own. Taking my skill set acquired from what I had learned in the job market, coupled with my unrelenting work ethic, and a fiery desire to improve the lives of myself, family, and community I with my partner Marshall built this company from the ground up. 

This has enabled me to become my best self, see what I am capable of, and challenge myself in new ways, and I couldn't be happier. Everyday I take joy in the life I have been able to build for myself thanks to our supporters, customers, and employees. I hope to continue to grow, and be able to give back in a meaningful way. 

Hey thanks for stopping by! When Tyler came to a realization that he wanted to start this company, it motivated me to join and be apart of this opportunity to potentially build something special. Having experience as a part owner of blue collar companies, I know what it takes to put in hard and honest work as well as spending the few extra minutes to do the right thing to make someone's day. This opportunity has enabled me to push for new heights and capabilities. I enjoy what I do and I hope to serve as many people and communities as I can with our great quality work and service.

We take this sentiment at the fore front of our mind when we perform our services for our customers, treating their property with the same level of care and attention to detail as if it were our own. That way you can rest assured knowing you can trust us to do great work, clear up your to do list, and that you will be satisfied with the results.
